St. Peter’s is a vibrant and growing church in Yaxley, south of Peterborough.
We are an open, contemporary, evangelical church, devoted to loving God and our community. Our aim is to reach out in love and faith into the communities in which we live, work and play. Our desire is to see God’s love transform lives, so that all in the Yaxley area would come to believe, trust and hope in Jesus Christ.
Here you can find out a bit about who we are, where we are, and our vision for the future of our role in the Yaxley community. There’s also a handy FAQs page where we’ve tried to answer some of the common questions we get asked by people who haven’t been before.
If you’re looking for more information about the history of the church, we have a book called ‘A History of St. Peter’s Church, Yaxley’ by J. Aveling. If you would like to purchase a copy, they are £5.00 each and are available by contacting us.
If you would like to visit the church, it is open weekdays 10.30am-12.30pm, throughout April to October. Please contact us prior to visiting to check the church will be open.
