A quiet space for busy minds.
At St. Peter’s Church, we recognise the impact our wellbeing has on ourselves and those around us. We have launched a new group to support people in feeling well and whole.
Please be aware that we are not mental health professionals, and this is not a counselling service. This is a group of people in our church community that want to use their gifts, such as their own experiences, faith, listening and creativity, to help others. We anticipate the sessions will include time to connect with one another and activities such as listening to worship music, meditations and using scripture to remind us we are never alone.
Due to the current climate, the group will take place over Zoom with a view to moving in person, when this becomes an option.
